Patrick Rouleau scored 19 points as Northwestern boys basketball handed Nonnewaug its first league loss with a 67-63 road win Saturday.
Ty DiVita added 16 points for Northwestern.

Brady Herman led the Chiefs, which saw their win streak end at 14, with 20 points. Robert Metcalfe added 18.
In girls basketball action, Kaydee Schmidt netted 14 points to lead Gilbert to a 49-46 overtime victory over Housatonic.
Avery Lillie added 13 points and Addy Lillie had 11 for Gilbert.
Olivia Brooks had 23 points, 11 rebounds and five steals for Housatonic.
