Titans' purported new logo continues to leak out ahead of official announcement

The Tennessee Titans' rumored new logo and rebrand continues to find its way to the light of day before any official announcement.

First, it was a Fanatics snafu exposed by social media.

Then, the team teased the logo and new uniforms on billboards in Nashville and in social media promotion over the last couple weeks for a March 12 announcement.

On Feb. 25, the Pat McAfee Show used the rumored new logo in a salary cap table for all 32 NFL teams.

The show did use the current (old?) Titans logo in graphics during an interview with Robert Saleh on the same episode.

The rumored logo continues to make the rounds across social media.

When will the Titans officially release new logo, uniforms?

The Titans announced to season-ticket holders this week a special event at The Pinnacle on March 12 that will celebrate "the next chapter of the Tennessee Titans."

The team did not confirm to the Tennessean any details about the event.

The Titans last changed uniforms in 2018, switching from the original Titans-era uniforms that the team wore since moving to what is now called Nissan Stadium in 1999. While the style did change, the Titans' logo did not.

And with a new stadium coming in 2027, there are a lot of changes on the way for the franchise.
