Prime Minister Mark Carney announced three federal byelections will be held next month, including two in Toronto.
A terse statement on the Prime Minister’s Office website said the byelections will be held on April 13 for Scarborough Southwest, University—Rosedale and the Quebec riding of Terrebonne, which is north of Montreal.
