A nose tackle from the ACC, Cleveland was a fixture on NC State's defensive front during his time with the Wolfpack. He was invited to the NFL Scouting Combine and used the opportunity to further prove himself to NFL evaluators at Lucas Oil Stadium.

At NC State, Cleveland would hold the point of attack and occupy blockers, freeing up teammates to make plays. His size and strength profile him as a traditional run-stuffing nose tackle who can close lanes and help anchor against double teams.

His experience in the ACC against their quality of offensive lines and opponents has helped to prepare him for the physicality of professional football.

Ahead of his workouts at the combine, he expressed his readiness to prove himself at the highest level.

For the Bills, added depth on the interior of the defensive line is an area of need. Cleveland's ability as a space-eater against the run could also make him a valuable rotational piece in Leonhard's defense, allowing Buffalo to stay fresh up front over the course of the NFL season.

He is projected as a Day 3 selection in the 2026 NFL draft.
