Another former Cincinnati Bengals player has found his new home in the NFL. After two not so great years in Cincinnati, safety Geno Stone has signed a one-year contract with the Buffalo Bills.

Stone came to the Bengals ahead of the 2024 season after having a league-leading seven interceptions for the Baltimore Ravens in 2023. Stone took over for Dax Hill, who moved from safety to cornerback and the Bengals were hoping Stone could fill the void left by Jessie Bates III.
Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Stone struggled in his first season in Cincinnati, prompting a pay cut ahead of the 2025 season where things got worse. Stone missed 25 tackles in the 2025 season alone and as his contract expired, the Bengals moved on to Bryan Cook.
Stone will have a chance to rebound in Buffalo on the one-year deal and reevaluate his market after that. As for Bengals fans, nobody seems too upset to see Stone in a different uniform.
