Oliver is rated as the No. 43 overall player and No. 9 WR, per the 247Sports Composite. He is getting set to enter his junior year at Hamilton High School in Chandler, Arizona, where he is rated as the No. 2 player in the state.

The Trojans have been recruiting him for over a year, offering him a scholarship in January of 2025 and hosting him on several visits since then, including one earlier this month.

Oliver was named a MaxPreps Freshman All-American after catching 43 passes for 861 yards and 11 touchdowns. He was on another level as a sophomore and was named the MaxPreps Sophomore of the Year and the Gatorade Player of the Year in Arizona after recording 92 receptions for 1,839 yards and 29 touchdowns.
