Trouble broke out after the EFL Championship game at Fratton Park on 25 January.

At full-time some fans ripped out seats from the stands and threw them, along with coins and bottles.

Footage was captured on CCTV and Hampshire Constabulary is asking for help to identify the individuals – from both sets of fans.

Police said a number of people had already been interviewed in relation to the incidents.

Ch Supt Simon Dodds, who was gold commander for the match, said: "We understand the passion football fans have for their clubs, and the extra excitement that builds around these derby matches.

"The vast majority of fans at both matches this season were able to show their support in the right way and we're really thankful for that," he said.

He said those involved had "used these events as an excuse to behave in a manner that puts others at risk of serious injury".
