It's safe to say Spire Motorsports has been riding high these last couple of weeks. In Talladega last weekend, Carson Hocevar earned his first career win during his 91st start. Now, the 23-year-old earned pole ahead of Sunday's race in Texas.
Last season's Würth 400 gave its audience a race to remember. Penske's Joey Logano earned his second win at Texas Motor Speedway with an overtime-win over Ross Chastain by a mere 0.346 seconds. This year, both will be starting outside the top-15.
Hocevar earned the pole position for Sunday's race. Spire teammate Daniel Suarez will start alongside him on the first row.
Here is how the drivers will line up for the start of the 2026 Würth 400 at the Texas Motor Speedway on Sunday.

Who won the Würth 400 pole for 2026?
Qualifying for the Würth 400 took place on Saturday, and Hocevar earned the pole position. The Texas Motorway Speedway utilizes single-car, single-lap qualifying. Each driver had one chance to set their fastest lap possible, and the results determined the starting lineup.
Hocevar took pole for Sunday's race with a blistering 28.222-second lap, beating out Spire Motorsports teammate Daniel Suarez (29.161), who will join him on the first row.
The rest of the top five for Sunday's race will be Chris Buescher (28.275), Chase Briscoe (28.304), and Denny Hamlin (28.304). Logano won last year's Würth 400 via an overtime finish, beating Ross Chastain by 0.346 seconds. This was Logano's second win in Texas, but he will be starting at the No. 23 spot.
