WWE Raw Results, Winners And Highlights

The Street Profits And Joe Hendry Def. The Vision

  • Paul Heyman opened the show by greeting “the inbred capital of Eastern Tennessee,” as fans booed. Austin Theory followed up and said the Street Profits need the tag team titles because Montez Ford’s wife couldn’t pay the bills.
  • The Street Profits interrupted and Tez admitted he now had to pay the bills now that Bianca Belair was pregnant. Joe Hendry interrupted a Logan Paul rant, and fans sang along to the increasingly popular “Fire Logan Paul” song.
  • Fans changed “Logan sucks!” for almost the entirety of this match. This six-man tag team brawl devolved to the outside where Bron Breakker went for the super spear, but was cut off by Seth Rollins. The distraction led to Angelo Dawkins rolling up Theory for the win. Seth Rollins helped the Street Profits clear the ring of the Vision, and after weeks of tensions, Rollins and the Street Profits made amends.

Match Grade: B

Je’Von Evans Def. Rusev

  • There was a talking segment between Ethan Page, Penta, Rusev and Je’Von Evans that fans didn’t seem all that into. Evans’ entrance received a big reaction.
  • Rusev launched Je’Von onto the table with an impressive fallaway slam. Evans came back with a great dive to the outside on Rusev.
  • Je’Von Evans won with an OG Cutter. Evans sold the small of his back before making the pin, but he still picked up the win.

Match Grade: B-

Roxanne Perez And Raquel Rodriguez Confront Paige And Brie Bella

  • Roxanne Perez called out Paige and Brie Bella for no longer being young and relevant, and how the Bellas set the bar so low for women’s wrestling. Brie called out Roxanne’s mom as Raquel Rodriguez mocked Paige by saying “we’re all just waiting for the next, big scandal to hit.”
  • Paige and Brie Bella brawled with the Judgment Day, but Liv Morgan hit the ring and hit a Codebreaker on Paige. Perez hit an awkward roundoff Brie, landing on her knees, followed by a Russian leg sweep assisted by a big boot.

Iyo Sky Def. Sol Ruca

  • Amid reports that Asuka is semi-retired, Michael Cole noted nobody knows what the future holds for Asuka. In reference to whether or not Asuka was finished, Cole said “who knows?” These reports came from faulty, half-journalist Dave Meltzer, so take them with a grain of salt.
  • Fans were behind Iyo Sky with loud chants of “Iyo,” but that didn’t stop Sol Ruca from showing out with an impressive corkscrew springboard dive to the outside.
  • Fans chanted “this is awesome” as Ruca hit a stiff Blue Thunder Bomb on Ruca for a nearfall. Iyo launched into her comeback and tried a bullet train attack, but nobody was home. Iyo hit a double-foot stomp on Sol for a nearfall. Ruca hit an amazing cartwheel DDT as Knoxville chanted “this is awesome” for the second time.
  • Sky avoided a Sol Snatcher and rollled up Ruca for the win. Sol Ruca is a Day 1 main eventer, but WWE is getting too liberal in beating Sol in her early run on the main roster.

Match Grade: B+

Oba Femi Def. Angel And Berto

  • Adam Pearce tried to cancel the Oba Femi Challenge since nobody wanted to participate. Oba went backstage himself and grabbed both Angel and Berto and commenced to a 1v2 ass-kicking.
  • Oba shotput Angel over Berto, then shotput Berto. Oba finished off Berto with a Fall From Grace for the win.

Match Grade: B+

Dominik Mysterio Def. El Grande Americano

  • Backstage, Finn Balor took out JD McDonagh as Mysterio had to go it alone. This match started with chants of “Dirty Dom.” There was a scary spot where Dominik launched El Grande Americano into a post and he came crashing down to the floor.
  • Back from break, El Grande Americano was okay, and he hit a belly-to-belly suplex into the turnbuckle. El Grande went to the top rope, but Los Americanos interfered. The new El Grande Americano took advantage of a distraction from Rayo and Bravo and struck the OG El Grande behind the referee’s back.
  • Los Hermanos Americano evened the odds on the outside. OG took his eye off Dom to deal with El Grande, and Dominik hit a 619 followed by a Frog Splash for the win.

Match Grade: B-

Jacob Fatu Refuses To Acknowledge Roman Reigns

  • Jey Uso tried talking Jacob off the edge backstage, but Fatu laid out Jey. Jimmy stood in Jacob’s way, and Fatu attacked Jimmy, too.
  • Fans chanted for Fatu as the stubborn Samoan stepped in the ring. Reigns and Fatu immediately exchanged blows as Jacob got the better of Reigns early.
  • Fatu tried a suicide dive, but he ran into a Superman Punch. Reigns tried to beat the acknowledgement out of Fatu with a steel chair. Fatu came back with a Tongan Death Grip and hit a suicide dive on Reigns. Reigns battled back, but Fatu ended the brawl with a powerbomb through the table.
  • Fatu locked in the Tongan Death Grip again as Cole begged for WWE officials to drag him out of the building. Fatu finished off Reigns with a running hip attack through the barricade.
