Dylan Harper has emerged into a star late in his rookie season.

He's looked like a long-term standout for the San Antonio Spurs during their playoff run, including a Game 1 win in Oklahoma City against the Thunder.

But in Game 2, Harper headed to the locker room during the third quarter.

There was reason for concern as the Thunder tried to even the series up at a game apiece.

What happened to Dylan Harper?

Initially, it wasn't clear what might be going on.

Harper was shown on the NBC broadcast heading back to the locker room.

Later, they showed him jogging to come back out, reaching the floor, then being stopped to head back underneath the arena again.

Harper held his jersey over his head as he went back down the tunnel again.

The only initial update from NBC was about Harper thinking he might have to shoot free throws to stay in the game, but that wasn't the case.

As the third quarter wound down, Harper remained away from the bench and somewhere down in the Spurs' area of the arena seeking treatment or assessment.

Update: Harper was ruled out with a right leg contusion.
