2026 win-loss predictions for NFC West

The NFL schedule is known and the Arizona Cardinals are expected to struggle. Multiple 2026 projections have the Cardinals as one of the worst teams in the league.

NFL.com's Ali Bhanpuri and Tom Blair made predictions for every game on the schedule in 2026, and have win-loss projections for every team.
What do they expect from the NFC West, one of the toughest divisions in the entire league?
Well, as one can expect, the San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks and LA Rams are expected to win games. The Cardinals are not.
Let's have a look.
Arizona Cardinals
Projected record:
- Blair: 3-14
- Bhanpuri: 3-14
Bhanpuri expects them to lose their first nine games, while Blair has the Cardinals having two six-game skids. Neither has them winning a game on the road.
Los Angeles Rams
Projected record:
- Blair: 12-5
- Bhanpuri: 12-5
Blair has them losing the opener to the 49ers and then winning 10 in a row. Even still, they are a wild card in his projections, while they are the No. 1 seed in Bhanpuri's.
San Francisco 49ers
Projected record:
- Blair: 11-6
- Bhanpuri: 10-7
Both have the 49ers making the playoffs as the No. 6 seed.
Seattle Seahawks
Projected record:
- Blair: 12-5
- Bhanpuri: 11-6
Blair has them starting the year 4-0 and then winning their final six games to close the regular season. He has them as the No. 1 seed. They are the No. 5 seed for Bhanpuri.
