BETWAY PREMIERSHIP: ORBIT COLLEGE VS ORLANDO PIRATES
Orbit College and Orlando Pirates will bring the curtain down on the 2025/26 Betway Premiership season with everything still on the line when they meet at a sold-out Mbombela Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
This is not just another final-day fixture. One side is fighting to survive. The other is chasing a first league title in 14 years.

Their only meeting this season came back in August at Orlando Stadium, where Pirates edged a tight contest 1-0 thanks to a second-half strike from defender Lebone Seema. Orbit College pushed the Buccaneers all the way that afternoon and now face them again with even bigger consequences attached.
The pressure, however, falls on both dressing rooms.
ORBIT COLLEGE FIGHTING FOR SURVIVAL
Orbit College head into the biggest match in their young Premiership history sitting 15th on the table with survival hanging by a thread.
The newcomers have battled through a difficult first season in the top flight and now arrive off a defeat to Stellenbosch FC. Matters have become even tougher with suspensions ruling out key players Yanga Madiba and Thuso Moleleki.
The Mswenko Boys know defeat could drag them into automatic relegation trouble or the promotion/relegation playoffs.
Yet the atmosphere in Nelspruit could still give them belief. Mbombela Stadium is sold out and the hosts know one result can change everything.

ORLANDO PIRATES CHASING HISTORY
For Orlando Pirates, the equation is simple: win.
The Buccaneers enter the final round in second place and still chasing their first league crown since 2012. Abdeslam Ouaddou’s side have already collected two domestic cups this season and remain in strong form heading into the decisive weekend.
Their recent draw against Durban City slowed momentum slightly, but nothing changes the assignment.
Three points are mandatory.
Anything less could hand the title to their rivals and end the dream. But victory would keep Pirates alive and pile pressure right at the top until the final whistle of the season.
