Maxx Crosby recommits to Raiders after failed trade and knee surgery
Crosby failed his medical with the Ravens due to a knee injury he had sustained earlier. He is still recovering from that injury. He has returned to working with the Raiders in their facility, and has been rehabilitating since. Previously, he had left the team facility after being placed on injured reserve late last year for knee surgery. This move had created tension between the two parties, leading to the Baltimore trade.

Believe Nothing You Hear & Half Of What You See. Im A Raider. I’m Back. Run That Sh*t. 🦅🏴️” But there were still rumors that he will be seeking a trade even now.
Speaking to reporters after an OTA session on June 6, 2026, Crosby said, “Ultimately, I am exactly where I want to be. I’m fired up, Everyone knows my love and appreciation for this organization; that never changed.” This shows his recommitment to the team, and that all other rumors of a trade are false.
He also added, “I’m excited, just being here with this group. We have an extremely smart and great leader in men in Klint Kubiak, a coaching staff that’s very detailed and very, I’d say tentative with everything they do.” Aside from him looking forward to returning for the Raiders, he is also awaiting another event.
Maxx Crosby plans to attend White House UFC fight
Crosby has confirmed that he wants to attend the upcoming and highly-anticipated UFC fight at the White House on June 14. It is being held to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary.
In an interview with Fox News, he said, “I’ve never been to the White House. I’m excited. I like history. It’s incredible that we all have an opportunity to celebrate our country and just be part of a historic event. We live in the greatest country in the world, and it should be celebrated.”
Maxx Crosby will be working towards his return on the field and will prepare for the 2026 NFL season.
