Holding a slim one-run lead in the seventh inning against St. John's, Alabama third baseman Jason Torres gave the Crimson Tide a comfortable cushion with a grand slam, his ninth home run of the year. After Torres' slam, Alabama leads St. John's 7-2 in the second game of the NCAA Super Regional.

Torres' ball sailed 370 feet into the right field stands.

Torres has two hits in four at bats and four RBI.

Alabama beat St. John's 8-0 Saturday. One win sends Alabama to its first College World Series since 1999.
