· Yahoo Sports
The NFL announced the training camp report dates for all 32 NFL teams on Monday. We already knew that the Arizona Cardinals would report on July 22.

While almost the entire NFL will open camps on July 28, all four NFC West teams get an earlier start.
NFC West training camp report dates
- Arizona Cardinals: July 22 (veterans and rookies)
- Seattle Seahawks: July 24 (rookies July 17)
- Los Angeles Rams: July 25 (veterans and rookies)
- San Francisco 49ers: July 25 (rookies July 18)
Why the early report dates?
The Cardinals' report date is earlier because they play in the Hall of Fame Game, an extra preseason contest. Since they play a week early, they get to report six days early.
But the rest of the division's report dates are because of their regular-season start.
The Seahawks will open the season playing on a Wednesday night against the New England Patriots, four days before Sunday of Week 1. As such, they can open training camp four days before the rest of the league that plays on Sunday or Monday.
The 49ers and Rams open the season playing in Melbourne, Australia, on Thursday night, three days before Sunday. As such, they open training camp three days before everyone else.
