Riley Herbst is looking for a new NASCAR organization. Despite improving with 23XI Racing, Herbst will leave the organization after the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season. The driver of the No. 35 car will be replaced by Corey Heim. So, where will Herbst race during the 2027 NASCAR campaign?
Motorsports Wire predicts that Herbst will drive the No. 84 car for Legacy Motor Club during the 2027 Cup Series season. Herbst has been linked as the most likely driver to sign with Legacy Motor Club, joining Erik Jones and John Hunter Nemechek. This means the 23XI Racing driver would remain with Toyota.

Herbst would likely have opportunities in the NASCAR O'Reilly series, but he deserves another shot in Toyota equipment in the Cup Series. It would be a great fit for Herbst, but we'll see if Legacy Motor Club can complete a deal and announce it in the coming days or weeks.
