The Indian Railways Native IoT based Yield Analysis, Telemetry, Recording and Control system continuously monitors the operational status of lifts, instantly detects faults or operational abnormalities and generates real-time alerts for maintenance personnel. The intelligent monitoring platform facilitates quicker fault diagnosis, faster restoration of services and systematic preventive maintenance, thereby minimizing downtime and ensuring safe, reliable and uninterrupted lift services for passengers. The system also supports data driven asset management, enhancing the overall efficiency and performance of station infrastructure.

The project has been successfully completed with 100% implementation, covering four lifts at two key stations under Rangiya Division. These include two lifts at New Bongaigaon and two lifts at Rangiya. The successful deployment of this smart monitoring system reflects N.F. Railway's continued emphasis on innovation, operational excellence and technology enabled passenger services. Such initiatives are steadily transforming railway stations into smarter, more responsive and passenger-friendly spaces, reinforcing the vision of Indian Railways to deliver a safer, smoother and more comfortable travel experience for every passenger.
