Von Miller is still sitting in free agency, and he's using his personal Instagram like a smoke signal.

The 37-year-old edge rusher posted a photoshopped picture of himself in a Dallas Cowboys jersey -- wearing the No. 24 he used in Washington -- with Paul Wall's "They Don't Know" playing in the background. His cryptic post immediately led to endless speculation online about a potential move to Dallas.

Miller has plenty of reasons to want a fresh start. The former No. 2 overall pick signed a one-year, $6.1 million deal with Washington Commanders last July. He chose them over the Seattle Seahawks, who won the Super Bowl past season. Miller recently admitted on Steve Smith's "89" podcast that he picked the wrong team.

He still managed to lead Washington with nine sacks last year despite playing just 37% of the defensive snaps. However, the Commanders have since overhauled their defensive front and moved on, leaving Miller looking for his next destination.

A Dallas homecoming would be a great story. The Super Bowl 50 MVP grew up in DeSoto, starred at Texas A&M, and did this exact same uniform tease last July before he signed with Washington. Spotrac puts his market value at $5.8 million, which is standard for a veteran looking for a "prove-it" deal.

Moreover, Jerry Jones' franchise has been looking for pass-rush help ever since they traded Micah Parsons to Green Bay. Plus, with Osa Odighizuwa now in San Francisco, Miller could step right into a situational role on passing downs. He wouldn't need to play every down. He can just come off the bench on third-and-long and help mentor the younger guys.

Right now, reports say the Cowboys aren't actively pursuing him. But knowing Jones' soft spot for big-name stars, folks in the community are going to keep refreshing their feeds anyway.
