Bayern Munich has so far shot down every single approach or report about Real Madrid going for French star Michael Olise. Former Bayern player Valérien Ismaël says his old club can certainly keep a player of Olise’s caliber from leaving but also threw a bit of shade towards other top Bundesliga clubs.

“If any club in Germany can keep a player like that, it’s Bayern Munich. Dortmund, Leipzig or other good clubs are not able to hold onto such players,” Ismaël said (ransport as captured by X account @iMiaSanMia). “Bayern know Olise’s importance and won’t just let their star player go. I’m convinced he won’t leave Bayern.”

Bayern’s dominance in the league is down to both Bayern being good and the other clubs selling off their best players (thus being unable to challenge Bayern). Dortmund and Leipzig are known selling clubs that can occasionally become a headache for Bayern, but only for a bit.

Going back, Olise has shown no indication that he’s pushing for a move; both the club and player are happy with their relationship.
