The Memphis Grizzlies cruised past the Atlanta Hawks 96-64 in a summer league game on July 16, and it was another impressive performance in Las Vegas from Cam Boozer.

Boozer was the No. 3 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft. Even though other teams have shut down their top draft picks, the Grizzlies elected to keep playing Boozer (and their other top players) as they chased a spot in the summer league playoffs.
After two solid-but-not-spectacular performances on July 13 and July 14, Boozer scored 24 points and grabbed seven rebounds to help lead the Grizzlies to a blowout win and clinch a spot in the semifinals. Memphis opened the game on a 21-0 run and never looked back.
Boozer has mostly been very impressive during the summer, but he struggled at times in the last two games and didn't score in the first half of the Grizzlies' win over the Warriors on July 14. He responded by scoring the first four points of the game against the Hawks.
The Grizzlies will learn the schedule for their next game after the rest of the games conclude on July 16.
