Fine weather across much of the country
According to SAWS, Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and North West will enjoy fine weather, with cool morning temperatures giving way to warmer conditions during the day.
Gauteng residents can expect morning frost in southern parts of the province before temperatures rise, particularly in the far north.
The Free State will remain fine and cool throughout the day.
In the Western Cape, patches of morning fog are expected over western and southern areas before clearing to fine, cool to warm conditions.
KwaZulu-Natal will be colder in the southwest, while partly cloudy skies and isolated showers are possible along the province’s northern coastline.

SAWS has flagged a cut-off low moving in from Tuesday afternoon. It will bring windy, cooler and unsettled South Africa weather Tuesday through Saturday.
The system starts over the Free State and the western Eastern Cape. It then spreads to North West, Gauteng and neighbouring provinces by Friday and Saturday.
