Former WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury put a beating on 46-year-old journeyman Mariusz Wach on Friday (July 24, 2026) at Max Muay Thai Stadium in Pattaya, Thailand, forcing the Polish “Viking” to quit on his stool after seven rounds of abuse. It was a pointless tuneup fight for “The Gypsy King” as he prepares for a big-money fight against Anthony Joshua later this year, assuming “AJ” can also find the win column tomorrow night in Saudi Arabia.

Today’s pointless tuneup fight came with an equally pointless belt.

“I got through my test tonight,” Fury told Sky Sports. “Let’s see if [Anthony Joshua] gets through his test. The biggest test of it all is how big his balls are. I think he’s a big s***house. In Tottenham in front of 70,000 people, he never had the guts to get in the ring and face me. Let’s see if he ever does. I’m not convinced.”

The full Fury vs. Wach fight will not air until Season 3 of At Home With The Furys, the boxer’s Netflix reality show.
