Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dejan Kulusevski has reportedly returned to full training after missing the entirety of last season. The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium club have been without the Sweden international for the past 14 months. Kulusevski injured his right patella with two league games left in 2024-25 following a collision with Marc Guehi during a league game against Crystal Palace. Spurs had thought he would be back from the injury by the end of 2025, but the 26-year-old had to undergo surgery and is only starting to feel good.

Kulusevski never got to play for Thomas Frank and will now hope to impress when action resumes next season. He was not part of the 35-man squad for Spurs’ pre-season tour of New Zealand and Australia. Mohamed Kudus, Xavi Simons and Wilson Odobert also stayed behind at Hotspur Way to continue their rehabilitation.
However, Kulusevski is raring to go and could be ready to start playing games when the 2026-27 campaign starts.
