After netting a winning penalty against Club Brugge in the Belgian Super Cup last week, Mofokeng went into this encounter against Westerlo high in confidence.

The 21-year-old was named on the bench as the technical team continues to gradually introduce him to the club’s playing style.

Both teams went into the half-time break locked at 1-1, but Royale Union Saint-Gilloise upped the ante in the second half and took the lead in the 57th minute.
