For years, crime-addled Canadians have called for more information on the fiends living among us.
Cops are reluctant to release mugshots in most cases for fear of a frothing faculty lounge and others in the A-Team – Activists, Academics, Advocates, and let’s throw in the Aggrieved for good measure.
Despite woke headwinds, there seems to be a sea change. Police services across the country are now more willing to release mugshots and other pertinent information. Cops in Surrey, B.C., are even informing the public whether the baddies are Canadian citizens.
Now, the RCMP has launched a High-Risk Child Sex Offender Database. Here are some of the convicted sex offenders.
KEITH THEODORE CONSTANTIN
411: Aged 45 at the time of his arrest, Mr. Public Safety Warning’s rap sheet includes assault, assault with a weapon, robbery, etc., along with multiple violations of probation and court orders. Hit the trifecta with sex assaults against a woman, a child and a vulnerable senior.
CHRISTOPHER WATTS
411: Watts, 66, was convicted of manslaughter, sexual assault, and sexual interference in the 2001 death of Amanda Raymond, 13, who died of a drug overdose. He was released and is now back behind bars.
KYLE SOLOWAY
411: Soloway, 33, was convicted of sexual interference involving individuals under the age of 16. History of using the internet and social media to lure young teens, as well as publicly offering transportation to underage girls. Subject of arrest warrants in Alberta and B.C. for related sexual offences and failure to comply with court orders.
DWAIN LAW
411: Law, 63, is a convicted sex offender with prior convictions for sexual assault, arson and property offences, all of which happened in British Columbia. He has since relocated to Fort Saskatchewan, Alta.
GEORGE DURLING
411: Durling, 57, has been convicted of sexual assault and indecent acts. Most recent sentence was for distribution of child pornography, three counts of printing/publishing child pornography, two counts of failing to comply with a probation order, harassing communication, and indecent communication. A peach.
STEPHEN BRADLEY EWING
411: Ewing, 46, has convictions for sexual assault, sexual assault causing bodily harm (including an offence involving a victim under 16), and overcoming resistance by choking stemming from violent assaults committed against vulnerable women and sex trade workers on Vancouver Island between 2018 and 2019. Victims included minors.
GRAHAM DANIEL DODGE
411: Dodge, 38, poses a significant risk to adolescent males under the age of 18. He pleaded guilty to breaching probation and possessing child pornography. Also has convictions for sexual interference with a minor.
TAYLOR DUECK
411: Dueck, 31, a repeat sex offender with numerous convictions for sexual assault, sexual assault with a weapon or threats, and sexual interference involving minors. Most famously, Dueck is known for sexually assaulting a girl, 11, in the bathroom of a Kelowna equestrian facility in 2024.
JEFFREY DANIEL MACINTYRE
411: MacIntyre, 30, pled guilty to numerous counts of luring a child under 16 for a sexual purpose, possession of child pornography, sexual assault, and extortion involving a 13-year-old victim. Flagged as imminent threat. Multiple breaches of court orders/peace bonds.
JAMIE ALAN GOREHAM
411: High-risk offender, 46, has been the subject of numerous public safety warnings and advisories. Assessed as a high risk to reoffend, his criminal record includes sexual assault and sexual interference against young victims, including girls under the age of 14 – dates back to 1991.
ROBERT PETER MYLES REES
411: Rees, 43, served a three-year sentence for luring a person under the age of 16 by means of telecommunication and has been convicted of sexual interference and child pornography-related offences.
BRUCE GORDON NELSON
411: Nelson, 63, is rated a high-risk to reoffend. He has convictions related to child pornography, indecent exposure to children under the age of 16, committing indecent acts, and multiple failures to comply with probation and prohibition orders regarding contact with children.
JARED CHARLES
411: Convicted of violent sexual offences and child abductions that triggered Amber Alerts. Snatched an eight-year-old girl from a Prince Albert playground. Pleaded guilty in 2018 to kidnapping and sexual assault. Sentenced to eight years in prison.

CURTIS LEROY GEORGE
411: “An acute danger to women and girls,” George, 34, has been convicted on multiple counts of sexual assault, sexual interference (once involving a 13-year-old), committing an indecent act, criminal harassment/stalking, assault (including attacking a female correctional officer), uttering threats, and numerous probation/recognizance order breaches.
JAMES SHELDON JASPER
411: Jasper, 50, deemed high risk to reoffend against children, particularly young boys. Sentenced in 2003 for a predatory sexual assault against a 10-year-old boy, involving luring the child into a vehicle and driving to a secluded area. Repeatedly convicted for violating long-term supervision orders and probation conditions.
TIMOTHY TORRES
411: Torres, 41, was convicted of the 2007 sexual assault of an 11-year-old, and has racked up numerous subsequent convictions for breaching probation and prohibition orders. High risk to reoffend against women and girls.
SHELDON NELSON FLETT
411: High risk to re-offend in a sexual or sexually violent manner against all females. Flett, 31, amassed a staggering 24 breaches, along with a violent sexual assault on a kid, aggravated assault (resulting in a severe brain bleed) and robbery.
GLEN GREGORY TYLER POZNIAK
411: High risk to sexually reoffend against pre-pubescent and adolescent boys. Sentenced to 13 years in prison in September 2015 for offences against multiple minor victims while in a position of trust and authority. Convictions include sexual exploitation, sexual interference, and producing child sexual abuse material, alongside supplying alcohol and illegal drugs to minors.
WILLIAM LEE PERSWAIN
411: Perswain, 42, is a high-risk threat to reoffend sexually against both youth and adult females. Convictions for sexual interference, break and enter to commit sexual assault, sexual assault with a weapon, indecent acts, aggravated assault, and multiple probation and recognizance order breaches.
DESMOND JARED SHANE CATCHEWAY
411: Catcheway, 36, was convicted of three counts of sexual assault, luring a person under 16 years, indecent exposure to a person under 16, distributing/transmitting sexually explicit material to a person under 16, robbery, and breaches by the boatload. Refused mandatory sex offender training.
TYLER JAMES BERNARD
411: Bernard, 35, is a high-risk child sex offender who was sentenced in April 2016 to two-and-a-half years in jail following a violent sexual assault. He has past convictions for indecent acts involving women and children, property offences, and alcohol-related driving violations. Long-term supervision.
