Caitlin Clark has her eyes on Taylor Swift for who she'd like to be rocking her Caitlin 1s.

The Indiana Fever star is on the cover of SLAM, making history as the first-ever female athlete cover on the iconic sneaker magazine.

SLAM asked the Fever star, "You mentioned on the Kelce brothers' podcast that you want to see Andy Reid rocking a pair of Kansas City Caitlin 1s. Who else would you want to see rock your signature or have their own colorway?"

"Well, Travis Scott tried on the all-black pair. Obviously, we saw that in my Instagram post. I wouldn't mind seeing Taylor Swift in a couple versions that I think she would probably like," she stated.

She continued sharing that she has an  "Other than that, I honestly think it's really cool just seeing other WNBA players or other NBA players wear your shoe. I think that's really special. So, I'll definitely be trying to get as many college hoopers, NBA hoopers, WNBA hoopers."

Taylor Swift and Caitlin Clark relationship

While Swift has not been spotted with sneakers, it's possible that fans could see the singer sporting the look given her and Clark's friendship. 

Swift even gifted Clark four bags of tour merchandise and a personal note calling the athlete inspiring back in 2024. She also invited the Fever star to a Kansas City Chiefs game in support of her now-husband Travis Kelce. The two were seen hanging out in the Chiefs suite twice in 2025: first on January 18, 2025, for an AFC Divisional Round playoff game against the Houston Texans, and again on October 12, 2025, for a Sunday Night Football game against the Detroit Lions.

"Taylor is very sweet and very kind, and it's just a good reminder that people in our position… we are very normal," Clark said of Swift on the Swarmcast last year. "Sometimes our lives aren't normal, but we are very normal people, and we enjoy doing fun things, too.
