However, questions have been asked as to what role English referee Matthew Carley and Scottish TMO Mike Adamson played in New Zealand’s win.

On more than one occasion, Adamson attempted to intervene, only to be overruled by Carley.
Was that good refereeing and bad TMO’ing? Or should Carley have paid more attention to his fellow match official with access to slow motion replays?
