Broncos fans aren't happy team didn't sign Von Miller for OLB depth

The Denver Broncos passed up a chance to reunite with Von Miller this offseason, despite the legendary pass rusher expressing his interest in doing so, only to watch him later sign a deal with the Dallas Cowboys.

We suggested that the team could end up regretting that move and now that Jonathon Cooper has officially been placed on the commissioner's exempt list to begin the season, that is closer to being a reality. For many fans of the team, that regret has already set in.

The Broncos do still have strong depth at the position with Nik Bonitto, Jonah Elliss, Que Robinson and Dondrea Tillman available at outside linebacker, but a lot of fans would have liked to have seen Miller finish his career in Denver. Instead, the 37-year-old pass rusher will play in Dallas, and the Broncos will wait to find out how long Cooper will be sidelined.
