Minnesota Vikings: Add 2x-Super Bowl Champion, Reuniting With DC
· Yahoo Sports
The Minnesota Vikings could still address their outside linebacker depth, as they currently have only four EDGE rushers on the 53-man roster: Dallas Turner, Andrew Van Ginkel, Chaz Chambliss, and Bo Richter. This comes after Tyler Batty suffered a season-ending ACL tear in the preseason finale against the Denver Broncos. On top of that, the Vikings only had one on the practice squad, undrafted free agent Cam’Ron Stewart.

Van Noy reunites with Brian Flores, who was the New England Patriots’ linebackers coach from 2016 to 2018, when they won two Super Bowls, and coached him with the Miami Dolphins in 2020 when he was the head coach. The one-time Pro Bowler will start on the practice squad to ramp up and could be promoted to the active roster later.
