Two dogs allegedly involved in attacking another dog and a pet owner in Toronto have been located and seized, according to police.

On Sept. 12, Toronto Police responded to an animal complaint in the area of Avenue Rd. and Roxborough St.
Cops say that on Sept. 10 , a suspect had two dogs in an off-leash enclosed area of a nearby park, and the victim was walking their leashed dog near the off-leash enclosure.
The suspect’s two dogs allegedly escaped the enclosure, charged and attacked the victim and their canine, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries and life-threatening injuries, respectively.
On Wednesday, the two outstanding dogs were located and seized.
Tanychia Black, 40, of Toronto , who was previously charged, faces criminal negligence causing bodily harm, two counts of fail to prevent dog from biting or attacking (Dog Owners’ Liability Act), two counts of dog bite a person or domestic animal (Dog Owners’ Liability Act) and one count of obstruct peace officer.

Man charged in Hamilton stabbing
A 54-year-old Hamilton man has been charged with aggravated assault after police were called to a hotel on Main St. West for a report of a stabbing early Friday morning.
Around 1 a.m., officers were called to the hotel near Whitney Ave. for a disturbance, with initial information stating that a group of individuals were physically fighting and one male was bleeding.
Upon arrival, police found the injured party, as well as a 54-year-old man from Hamilton, who was treated for his wounds before being taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Meanwhile, Hamilton Police Special Constables located the suspect at a nearby location. He was subsequentely arrested and charged.
The Hamilton Police K9 unit conducted a search of the area and located the knife used in the incident.

Timmins polices searching for sex assault suspect
Timmins Police are on the lookout for Hayden Doucet, 23, also of Timmins, who is wanted in connection with sex-related assaults involving two victims.
Police have urged Doucet to turn himself in on multiple occasions.
“Despite indicating that he would do so, he has not followed through and has been evading police,” police said in a media release.
“The victims have provided permission for this information to be released publicly, as they continue to have concerns for their safety.”
While Doucet’s current whereabouts are unknown, investigators believe he may be in the Ottawa area.
Doucet is described as a Caucasian male, standing 5-foot-5 and weighing 164 pounds, with brown eyes, brown hair, and a scar on the bridge of his nose.
“Doucet is wanted on an endorsed warrant for multiple sexual-related offences,” police said.
