GRID-INDIA successfully conducts its 17th Annual General Meeting

Grid Controller of India Limited, a Miniratna –I, Schedule A CPSE under Ministry of Power, Govt. of India, successfully concluded its 17 th Annual General Meeting on 22.09.2026 through hybrid mode from its Registered Office in New Delhi (Deemed Venue). The meeting was attended by SC Saxena, CMD, RK Porwal, Director (System Operation), Amit Kumar Jain, Director (Finance) & CFO, Smt. S. Usha, Director (Market Operation), Government Nominee Directors, Independent Director, Company Secretary, Representative from the Ministry of Power and Statutory and Secretarial Auditors. CMD addressed the members and apprised them of the functioning and future plans of the Company. The members inter – alia approved payment of Final Dividend of ₹63.32 lakh in addition to Interim Dividend of ₹569.90 lakh paid earlier to the Ministry of Power.
