LOS ANGELES – Oregon quarterback Dante Moore was taken out on a stretcher in the second quarter of Saturday's game against USC on a hit to the head following a 10-yard run.

Moore was down for many minutes after and tended to by medical personal before being strapped to stretcher, put on a cart and taken to a waiting ambulance in the west end zone.

Moore's injury, which came with 10:04 to play in the first half, came after a 10-yard scramble to the Trojans' 12-yard line. As Moore went into his slide, he took a blow to his helmet by USC linebacker Desman Stephens II, who was flagged for targeting and ejected from the game.
As Moore lay prone on the turf, the dozens of Ducks and Trojans had to be separated on the field as Oregon players came to their quarterback's defense.
Dylan Raiola has replaced Moore at quarterback for the Ducks.
