Top Billing has announced the top 10 finalists in its 2026 Presenter Search.
The finalists were selected from 40 applicants who entered the competition and will compete for an opportunity to join SABC3 as a presenter.

The top 10 finalists come from diverse backgrounds, including television, radio, business, sport and media, with broadcasters, actors, journalists, creatives, athletes, and entrepreneurs among those selected.
Meet the top 10 finalists
Talitha Bothma
Talitha Bothma is a human capital and brand strategist, speaker, storyteller, and founder of Worth in Motion.
She has more than a decade of experience across technology, fashion, media, and business in Africa. Her work focuses on people, purpose and storytelling.

Nasi Hako
Nasi Hako is a multimedia journalist, content producer, voice-over artist, and actress.
Her career includes work in energy and power journalism, freelance media, television and film. Her credits include productions for Showmax, Netflix and Cartoon Network.
Timothe Muteba
Timothe Muteba is an MC, public speaker, and model with almost eight years of public speaking experience.
He has worked across different platforms and focuses on communication and connecting with audiences.

Ross Marshall
Ross Marshall is an actor, presenter, model, creative director, and youth mentor.
His experience includes television, commercial campaigns, live productions and hosting. He is also the founder of Fortified ZA, a youth initiative focused on helping young people develop their identity and confidence.

Homba Mazaleni is a presenter, content creator, and sports scientist.
She holds qualifications in Human Movement Science, Sport Science and Biokinetics. She was also among the top five finalists in Miss South Africa 2023.
Mazaleni has a social media following of more than 200 000 people. Her interests include sport, travel, fitness and sports broadcasting.

Shaun Farrell is a chartered accountant, endurance athlete and adventurer from Pretoria.
He was a contestant on Tropika Island of Treasure and a top-three finalist in the 2026 Men’s Health Cover Guy competition.
Farrell has spoken about his experience of overcoming childhood stuttering and developing confidence in front of the camera.

The top 10 finalists will take part in live Expresso takeovers on Tuesday, 29 September, and Thursday, 1 October.
The top five finalists will be announced on Top Billing on Thursday, 8 October.
The competition gives finalists the chance to gain television experience and work alongside industry professionals.
