The Cleveland Browns have been one of the most surprising teams in the NFL to start the season, now sitting at 3-1 and leading the AFC North.

Much of the reason the Browns have found success early is how well Deshaun Watson has played. Nobody would have expected that a couple of weeks ago, and while Watson still isn't what he once was with the Houston Texans, he's played much better than many expected.

It'll be interesting to see if he can keep playing at this level, but if he does, it essentially guarantees Shedeur Sanders' future isn't with the Browns.

According to the latest report, there's a sense that the Browns could move on from a quarterback, and Sanders could be that guy.

"I could see if they get the right offer for whoever it is, I think Taylen Green they'd like to keep as a developmental, so it would probably have to be Shedeur Sanders or Dillon Gabriel," Fowler said Thursday. "I am not saying they're definitely trading, I am saying they have the flexibility. This is very much a value-based team. The Browns are that more than any other."

Sanders getting traded at this stage of his career is probably better for himself.

With his current situation, he unfortunately needs to find a situation that's almost perfect for him.

Finding a team that deals with a quarterback injury and lets Sanders come in for the rest of the season would be ideal for him, but there's no guarantee any team in the league will give him that chance.
