Monk made his return to practice Oct. 9, but will miss his second straight game due to a quadricep injury.
The Packers used Laken Tomlinson at left guard and Travis Glover at right guard in the Week 4 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Jager Burton (back) and Javon Hargrave (toe) were questionable to play but both are active.
