East Central Railway (ECR) General Manager Dimpie Garg on Tuesday met nine railway employees and their dependents at the ECR headquarters in Hajipur to hear their departmental grievances and ensure their prompt resolution.

During the meeting, the employees and their dependents apprised the General Manager of various departmental issues and difficulties they were facing. Garg heard each case and sought necessary information from the concerned officials regarding the complaints.
He directed the concerned departments to take prompt action on the cases and ensure their effective resolution. He also instructed officials to ensure that there was no unnecessary delay in addressing the grievances of railway employees and that all cases were dealt with as per rules.
The initiative aims to provide railway employees and their dependents an opportunity to directly bring their grievances before the General Manager and ensure their time-bound, transparent and sensitive resolution.
