With Mayfield unlikely to return, Jalon Daniels is expected to make his third consecutive start for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The undrafted rookie has taken over since Mayfield’s injury, gaining valuable experience while the starter works toward a comeback.
Daniels comes into the matchup after leading Tampa Bay to a 24-16 victory over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 5. He completed 19 of 25 passes for 189 yards and a touchdown without throwing an interception, adding 23 rushing yards. It was his first NFL win as a starting quarterback.
