Tennessee football dropped six spots in the US LBM Coaches Poll after a heartbreaking 27-26 loss to South Carolina in Week 8 of the 2026 season.

The Vols are ranked No. 17 in the coaches poll. The AP Top 25 will be released later on Oct. 25.
Tennessee (6-2, 3-2 SEC) enters an open week. It will play No. 8 Kentucky (7-1, 5-1) on Nov. 7 (time TBD) at Neyland Stadium.
