Player Ratings: Valencia 0–3 Real Madrid
· Yahoo Sports
Thibaut Courtois: 8. Had relatively little to do, but delivered when called upon. Made two good saves to help secure the clean sheet.
Fede Valverde: 8.5. A thoroughly professional performance, highlighted by an incredible goal to open the scoring. Was rarely tested defensively, with almost all of Valencia’s attacks coming down the opposite flank.

Ibrahima Konaté: 8.5. Another dominant display at the back. Complemented his defensive work with excellent distribution, completing 11 of his 12 long balls.
Dean Huijsen: 8.5. Made several impressive defensive interventions and was consistently composed on the ball. An excellent performance in both phases.
Marc Cucurella: 8.5. Shut down Valencia’s right flank with his positioning and tackling. Consistently read the danger and gave his opponents little room to operate.
Bernardo Silva: 8.5. Led the team in key passes while serving as the hub of Madrid’s build-up from deep. Helped dictate the rhythm and connected play with intelligence and precision.
Aurélien Tchouaméni: 7. Probably the only starter who did not stand out, though his performance was far from poor. Had a couple of loose passes, including a costly giveaway in the 19th minute that led to a Valencia chance.
Arda Güler: 9. One goal, one assist, and three key passes. Played with authority and composure, looking in complete control whenever he had the ball.
Jude Bellingham: 9. Made some outstanding runs and was relentless with his counter-pressing. His contribution to Madrid’s second goal deserved an assist, even if the deflection on his pass kept it off the stat sheet.
Yan Diomande: 8.5. A dominant two-way performance. Completed six dribbles, tracked back impeccably, and refused to get drawn into Valencia’s attempts to provoke him through physical challenges and mind games.
Kylian Mbappé: 8.5. Tormented Valencia with his runs in behind and repeatedly found himself in dangerous positions. Probably should have scored more than once given his shot volume and the opportunities he had when breaking through on goal.
