Titans named as one of the best landing spots for edge Bradley Chubb

Late last week, the Miami Dolphins decided to part ways with edge Bradley Chubb to free up some valuable salary cap space.

The veteran edge has not lived up to the five-year, $110 million contract he signed after he was acquired from the Denver Broncos in 2022. And with a new coach and general manager, they are moving on from the veteran. While Chubb’s numbers were not earth-shattering in 2025, with 47 total tackles, 8.5 sacks, and only 48 pressures, they were a solid bounce-back for the edge rusher, who missed all of the 2024 season with a torn ACL.
With the Tennessee Titans in dire need of some edge help, it should come as no surprise that Jared Dubin of CBS Sports lists the Titans as one of the best fits for the veteran pass rusher.
Tennessee Titans
The Titans have needs on both sides of the ball, but they also have more cap space than any team in the NFL, with over $100 million to spend, according to Over the Cap. They could use some of it to bring in Chubb to help an edge room that simply doesn't have many bodies right now.
There is no doubt the Titans will add some depth to their edge unit during the offseason, but what direction they go is unknown. Chubb is experienced and would be an upgrade to what they have, but heading into his age-30 season, Tennessee could decide to go younger.
