The judge observed that the dispute appeared to be driven more by an “ego fight” than by substantive legal issues requiring urgent adjudication. He noted that the matter could be resolved simply if the defendants offered an unconditional apology. However, the plaintiff, reportedly nearing 90 years of age, remains determined to pursue the claim rather than accept such a resolution.
