The Orlando Magic had a perfect opportunity to close out an advance over the Detroit Pistons on Friday night. After taking a 22-point lead going into halftime, there was very little doubt the series would be headed back to the Motor City.

It's not over until time runs out. Cade Cunningham took over in the second half, leading the Pistons to a 93-79 win. What a historic comeback for Detroit, who forced the Magic to miss 23 straight shots and was the most by any playoff team this century.

Orlando was up by 24 at one point in the first half before Detroit came crawling back into the game in the 3rd quarter. It was a tale of two halves for both teams. The Magic looked to be firmly in control before falling apart in a 45-minute scoreless span. On the other hand, the Pistons came on late by outscoring 55-19 in the final 24 minutes.

The worst outcome for Orlando, who heads back to Detroit for a Game 7 with momentum on the Pistons side in a major way. After going up 3-1 in the series, there's no room for error, with the Magic needing a perfect effort to advance to the NBA Playoffs. This 8 vs. 1 battle has exceeded expectations by far.
