WASHINGTON – Alex Pereira and Ciryl Gane will decide an interim heavyweight champion at UFC Freedom 250, and all that's left is the fight after a final faceoff at Saturday's ceremonial weigh-ins.

Pereira (13-3 MMA, 10-2 UFC) will attempt to become the first three-division champion in company history when he clashes with Gane (13-2 MMA, 10-2 UFC) in the co-headliner on Sunday at the White House (Paramount+), with the winner expected to unify against Tom Aspinall.

Both men have been respectful of each other in the lead-up to the fight, and they shared a handshake during their last pre-fight encounter at The Ellipse.
