Corn Flakes: Bergan Reilly Big Ten Setter of the Week and Husker Stay #1
· Yahoo Sports
Let’s talk about the Husker volleyball that we saw on display this weekend. First, the things we already knew Bergan Reilly is a beast and she is elite, not only at running the offense but also on the service line. Andi Jackson is picking up right where she left off with what I think is even better blocking. Harper Murray finds ways to make an impact on the court, even when the kills aren’t coming (although Saturday she did lead the team in kills) her passing was on point.

Olivia Mauch is the calming presence that does all the right things. Her serve receive was great and she picked up some great digs as well as Matrixing when needed. Laney Choboy was her fun and flashy self and she had some amazing saves.
It is clear that Virginia Adriano, Teraya Sigler, and Mania Ogbechie took some big steps in the off season and I am excited to see them grow even more as the season progresses.
It was also great to see lots of other players take the court. This is going to be a great season!
