The Cleveland Browns were able to pull off another late miracle to get a win, and this time it came against the Tennessee Titans. Deshaun Watson was once again exceptional, but he did throw an interception early in the first quarter. The thing is that it really wasn’t his fault, as Denzel Boston ditched his route, which led the cornerback to get an easy interception.

After the game, Watson shared the conversation that he and Boston had following the turnover, and it looks like he knows that he has to be better in that situation.

“He came and talked to me after the play and then after the game in the locker room, he came over and told me too…he understood that he kind of put the quarterback in a bad spot,” Watson said. “On a slant route, you can’t go underneath it and dip and try to go around; even if the guy played hard, you just got to force flat and then just probably knock it away if he plays it well.

“It’s a teaching moment for a young receiver, and we’re not going to charge it against him. I’m not going to be pissed off about it. It happens; it is what it is. We got the W, but it’s definitely a good teaching moment.”

The good thing is that turnover happened early, so the Browns had time to right their wrongs, and they still walked away with the win. There was some controversy at the end of the game, where some think a penalty should’ve been called on them for a false start, but instead, they were able to advance into field goal range to win the game.

The Browns are now 4-2 on the season and will face the Pittsburgh Steelers next week.
